AUTUMN PROGRAM

Our Autumn Program will be held on Thursday, November 14th at 6:00 pm. Dr. Vasil was able to secure Memorial Hall, located at 610 S. Limestone on UK's campus for our program. Parking will be in Structure #5 on Limestone at the rate of $2/hour. Dr. Vasil asks that our students arrive by 5:30 pm to prepare for the 6:00 pm program. Teachers will be waiting on the sidewalk by the Business building (there is a security guard house at this entrance leading into UK's campus) for students to be dropped off beginning at 5:20 pm. Parents should drop students off with teachers and then park. ALL LMS students will participate in the Autumn Program that will consist of singing, instruments, dancing and Spanish readings. Students should dress in clothing that makes movements easy. Pants, sweaters, shirts are recommended. No costume type outfits please.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Our website now has a feature for parent involvement opportunities! One of the new possibilities with parent involvement is to be a guest contributor to our LMS Family Blog Post. We would love to have volunteers write a "blog" anytime we have an event or even if there is something you would like to share about LMS. Write ups will be sent to Ms. Tucker for approval and then posted on the website. This is a wonderful way for parents to be part of what is happening at LMS while showing families that are looking for a school how our parents are involved. Currently we are looking for someone to write a blog the Primary field trip to the orchard. If you would be interested in being a contributor please contact Ms. Tucker!
